Carrot Top and Carrot Top's bareass are visible in the just-released movie "The Aristocrats," and he definitely wasn't pumped-up when that was shot, presumably quite recently.

I read that his eyelashes are really blonde which is probably why he got used to the mascara, and the weird eyebrows are actually penciled in, he doesn't tweeze or wax his eyebrows.
