Bits and Bobs

Bits and bobs today:

• Who's the Hippest of Us All? is the best MNspeak thread so far. But the actual article totally made me and work colleague Pieter barf. Especially--ESPECIALLY--the survey completed by Kelly Mahoney, who has got to be either really insecure or totallly clueless.
• I have been looking for (and looking AT) apartments listed on craigslist these past few weeks, and some of them are showing up again and again and let me tell you the photos are not accurate. Beware.
• I watched Swoon last night. It was a boring movie, but the story of Leopold and Loeb is interesting. The true story is interesting because of what gaps it leaves behind. The filmic version is boring because it fills in those gaps.
