BESIDES cupcakes, Jack Daniels, and Oxycontin...

Dudes, I'm getting sick, with only a week to go before I depart for Argentina! Quick--give me some home remedies to kick this thing in the ass before it kicks me in the ass. NOTHING--and I mean NOTHING can stand in the way of the drinking, smoking, and carousing I plan to do south of the equator.

Do they have Airborne (sp?) in Skinnysota? All the kids in the Bayrea swear by it...it's like this tube of Alka-Seltzery tablets that you drop in water and drink every few hours. But you're supposed to take it at the first sign of a cold. I'm gonna go pick me some up at lunch.

Airborne is the herbal remedy that worked for me.

I usually get sick every winter. But at some point this past Fall I was watching the fabulous "Ms. Winfrey Show" while darning my socks. And there she was. Angelic was her voice and Mrs. Victoria Knight-McDowell lead me down her path of eternal wellness.

In the beginning I was sceptical, like any diligent person would be. So being 100% American I instantly dropped my holey socks and hopped in my car. I drove with just an ounce of fury (I'm trying to cut down on my road rage) down to my local Albertson's. When I finally grasped the colorful box I knew world domination was contained in my hands.

I took the Airborne and never got sick. This stuff really works. Be warned however, it was hard to find down here in the Valley of the Sun as it was so popular due to its effectiveness.

I'm not sure about the stocking situations of your local gorcery stores as I have never been in your European-country-size state. So it could prove to be a hard find for you. But if you do come across it, start taking it right away.

I would guess no. Email comes from gay.com. Maybe just a big fan of Airborne.

It worked for me, BTW.

The one thing I must remember to take on travels is pills for sinus headache. Regular pain killers don't work for sinuses.

I'm not spam. Or at least I think I'm not... I actually came across your site the other day. And it brings tears to my eyes to say it was your article on Elijah Wood that lead me here. Yes, I can finally admit to it. My name is Jeremy and I have the tendencies of a 13-year-old girl when it comes to gossip and male stars of a supposed certain sexual orientation. I did love the article and I was sore from all the laughing it caused. So I figured that there could be other cool articles and I began sifting here and there.
