Apartment for rent

As I type this, Ben is sitting at the dining room table with a mortgage broker talking about earnest money and closing costs and escrow! I wanna act like the jilted lover, left behind. All the lingo brings me back to my Wells Fargo days when I handled refis as a temp, only I didn't care back then what all this meant. But now Ben's about to make an offer on a house, which means he'll be moving out. I love this apartment. I love the location, the price, the atmosphere. I want a roommate. Can anyone put up with me? Great price.

Dishwasher. Landlords live upstairs. Sunlight on the woodwork. Small backyard and barbecue. Well-stocked bar. Cable modem. Old, old building with cool woodwork. Lovely space to spend a Sunday in your pajamas. I like a clean space, and a cool roommate. Walk to Lake of the Isles, YWCA, Rainbow Foods, Lagoon Cinema. I consider myself neat and easygoing.
